    뼈면역세포생물학연구실 (의생명과학교실)

      

    울산의대 의생명과학교실 소속 뼈면역세포생물학연구실 (Chang's Osteoimmunology Lab (CLOI))로 현재 기초의과학 연구센터 (MRC), 한국연구재단, 보건복지부와 아산생명과학연구소 등의 연구비를 지원받아 많은 연구들을 진행하고 있습니다.

    본 연구실은 박사급 연구원과 그 외 연구원들이 주축이 되어 염증매개 관련 질환들 (염증성 뼈질환, 석회화 관련 대사질환, 뼈전이암 포함)의 병인 연구를 중심으로 골수줄기세포 분화와 활성조절, 대식세포 상호작용과 활성, 뼈전이암에 의한 뼈미세환경 조절 연구를 바탕으로 관련질환의 치료 타깃 발굴 연구를 목표로 합니다.

    특히 2018년 선정된 MRC 줄기세포 면역제어 연구센터에 참여하여 줄기세포와 면역활성 조절 상호작용 기전 연구를 바탕으로 면역제어 타깃 발굴을 통해 난치성 면역질환의 표적 세포치료제 개발 연구에 참여하고 있습니다. 이를 위해 세포 수준, 질환 동물모델 연구와 임상적 유용성 검증 연구를 수행 중에 있습니다.

    주요 연구 내용은 다음과 같습니다.

    5. 줄기세포 면역활성제어 타깃 발굴을 통한 난치성 면역질환 표적 세포치료제 개발 연구
