of Clinical Immunology & Rheumatology (임상면역 및 류마티스 연구실)은
울산대학교 의과대학 내과학 교실 및 서울아산병원 소속으로 전신홍반루푸스, 류마티스 관절염, 통풍 등 다양한 자가면역 류마티스 질환에서의 염증, 면역 관련 연구 (macrophage, T cell 등) 를 수행하고 있습니다. 자가면역질환은 최근 면역학의 발전과 함께 새로운 진단 및 치료의 개발과 임상적 응용이 활발하게 이루어지는 분야로
최신 면역학 지식 개발 및 연구, 응용이 절실하게 요구되고 있습니다.
본 실험실은 임상 clinic과 연계를 통해 환자의 임상샘플을 기반으로 한 다양한 기초, 중개연구를 수행하는 것이 특징으로 대표적으로 전신홍반루푸스 환자의 혈액, 소변, 신장조직 등을 바탕으로 면역, 비면역세포 분석을 통해 새로운 진단, 치료, 병인기전 발굴 등의 연구를 활발하게 수행하고 있습니다.
