염증면역학 (LII: Lab of Inflammation and Immunity)
연구주제
급,만성 염증
연관질환 (예, 섬유화질환,
암, 패혈증, 자가면역, 노화, 뇌질환 등)을
제어하는 조직항상성인자 발굴 및 작용기전 탐색, 이를 이용한 치료방법을 연구함.
i)야생형
또는 유전자변형 마우스에 다양한 질환을 유도시킨 후, ii) 면역세포 이동, 면역세포와 다양한 세포 (혈관내피세포, 상피세포, 섬유아세포, 신경세포, 희소돌기아교세포 등)들간의 상호작용 결과를 분석함. iii) 분자, 세포, 조직, 및 개체수준에서 병태생리학적 특성을 비교함으로써, iv) 조직항상성인자
후보군의 질환연관성을 규명하고, v) 환자시료에서 이를 검증, vi)
조직항상성 인자를 제어하는 단백질 또는 바이러스를 도입, 마우스에서의 치료효과를 시험함.
